Donald L. Richard
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Richard founded PPMC in December 1995 and has since served in the capacity of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Medical Management of New England (MMNE). During his tenure with MMNE, the company grew to become the largest medical billing company in the Northeast. His responsibilities were to oversee the overall financial, development, and operational systems within MMNE. He has assumed these same duties on behalf of PPMC. Since leaving MMNE in 1993 (upon acquisition of MMNE by Medaphis Physician Services - now Per-Se' Technologies), Mr. Richard has also been providing consulting and financial planning services.

Leo M. Beliveau, MBA
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Beliveau has extensive experience in providing accounts receivable and physician practice management services to physician practices. His prior experience was derived between 1989 and 1995 through employment with Medaphis Physician Services (previously known as Medical Management of New England and Medical Management Information Systems) where he served in the capacity of Director of Practice Management for physician clients in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Since joining PPMC in April 1996, Mr. Beliveau has continued to provide accounts receivable and practice management services to physician practices in addition to providing oversight of PPMC's operations. Mr. Beliveau is a member of the Radiology Business Managers Association.

Dianne D. Nadeau
Director of Operations

Mrs. Nadeau brings proven excellence in physician practice bookkeeping and accounts receivable supervision to the PPMC management team. Mrs. Nadeau has previously served a cumulative 12 years with Medical Management of New England and Medaphis Physician Services. Mrs. Nadeau joined PPMC in January 1996 and is providing ongoing management of clerical personnel, computer systems, and third party claims issues.

Frank G. DeWolfe Jr.
Practice Manager

Mr. DeWolfe previously served as the controller of Talk America, a product marketing company specializing in the direct to consumer distribution of health and wellness supplements. He managed the day to day finance and accounting operations from 1994 to 1999. Mr. DeWolfe incorporates his diverse business management experiences and take-charge approach in assisting our clients with all their business management needs.

In the fall of 1999 Mr. DeWolfe and partners created a new start up company that provided turn key sales, marketing and distribution services to the direct response industry. As director of operations Mr. DeWolfe managed new business development, client services and all the operational departments for AdvanceTel Direct. After substantial growth the company was sold to a private investment company. After serving out his employment contract in 2005 he traveled frequently to Los Angeles and Las Vegas as a business consultant specializing in operational improvement and financial planning.

Since joining PPMC in November of 2005, Mr. DeWolfe has continued to utilize his diverse business operations, accounting, and marketing experience to assist PPMC clients in the management of their practices.

Cindy Pare
Practice Manager

Mrs. Pare has been a member of PPMC’s practice management and operational team since 2007 and she has extensive experience in servicing clients with most facets of billing and practice management.  Cindy is a long term resident of Lewiston Maine where she resides with her husband and two children.  Cindy joined PPMC with extensive business experience in the banking and non-profit business sectors.  Her commitment to service and trustworthiness are strong attributes which serve PPMC’s and our clients’ interests well.
